Shipping policy

We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products and ensure that your shipping experience is as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Your product will typically ship within 48 hours of your order, and then take up to four weeks to reach your doorstep. For customers in European countries, the US and Canada, you can expect your product to arrive in around 5-15 days. For customers in Brazil, your product will arrive in around 25 days. You can see the shipping time of each shipping option at checkout, but please note that it is only an approximation, and the real time may differ.

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times (unless the shipping option selected is "Standard Shipping" and not "Standard Tracked Shipping" or any other shipping option). You can track your order here with the tracking number or order number and phone number/email used. If the tracking number for your order is not automatically sent to you within 5 business days, please contact us at pangeagadgetsofficial@gmail.com, and we will be more than happy to share your order's status.
