Returns
We do not accept or believe in returns as they run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint. Instead, we have a refund policy where you can get up to a full refund depending on your situation.
Refunds
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have a valid reason for requesting it. For example, if the item has been severely damaged in shipping, doesn't function properly, or arrived in a different variation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on your case, you may be eligible up to a full refund. Pangea Gadgets retains the right to refuse any refund without justification.

Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at pangeagadgetsofficial@gmail.com and tell us what is wrong along with pictures. Please also provide your order number and receipt or proof of purchase. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not within 14 business days and the settled refund amount. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
