Where do you ship to?

We offer high-quality shipping internationally to various countries and regions! Due to supplying and shipping technicalities, the places we ship to varies from product to product. Please check the FAQ section at the bottom of the product page you are interested in to see specific shipping-related information. Thank you!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All products at Pangea Gadgets are unique, and as a result, have different shipping methods and durations in order to ensure a seamlesss and safe journey. Your product will typically ship within 48 hours of your order, and then take anywhere from 2 days up to 60 days to reach your doorstep, depending on where you live. North American and European countries can usually expect their product to arrive in less than 14 days. More rural countries such as those in Africa, South America, Oceania, or other parts of Asia, may take longer. You can see the shipping time of each shipping option at checkout, but please note that it is only an approximation, and the real time may differ. If you have any specifc enquiries regarding shipping times, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is my order tracked? Can I see the current order status?

We strive to offer tracking on all orders wherever possible. Almost all orders at Pangea Gadgets use high-quality tracked shipping (those that say "tracked" in the shipping option). If you are unsure about whether a shipping option offers tracking, please contact us. To track your order, go to the tracking page and enter your tracking number or order number and email/phone number. If the tracking number for your order is not automatically sent to you within 5 business days, please contact us at pangeagadgetsofficial@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to share your order's status. Please provide your order number in the email so that we can track it for you.

What is your return/refund policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you up to a full refund depending on the situation. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. For more information, please see our refund policy.

What payment methods do you accept? Is it secure?

We accept a variety of payments methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Rest assured that your payment details are secure and private as our checkout is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We also utilize Transport Layer Security (TLS) for all connections to the platform.

Is there a currency conversion fee?

To ensure a secure and seamless experience, we include a 2% currency conversion fee for all currencies except HKD. This fee covers the costs of converting currencies and helps us provide competitive rates. Transactions in HKD are exempt from this fee as they are already in the local currency. We aim to simplify the process for our customers and remain transparent about fees. Contact us for any further questions or concerns.
